  • 3-month training plan for our full day hike in Glacier and other activities (which may include horseback, paddle boarding and yoga) with cardio/stamina building cadence, strength training exercises and yoga sessions, developed by personal trainer and yoga instructor.

  • Bi-weekly one-on-one coaching sessions with certified health coach, Becki Rupp.

  • Bi-weekly group sessions with expert guest speakers on topics related to physical, mental and spiritual preparation.

  • Facebook and Marco Polo groups for camaraderie, support and laughs!

  • Journal and exercises for exploration.

  • Lodging for the Get Wild! Glacier Wilderness Retreat

  • Most meals for the Get Wild! Glacier Wilderness Retreat, as noted in the itinerary.

    NOT INCLUDED:

  • Personal transportation or flights to Kalispell, MT/Glacier International Airport.

  • Alcoholic beverages.

  • Trip insurance. Strongly recommended.

  • Cost of medical care, emergency transportation or evacuation if necessary (we sure hope not!). This can be covered by specific trip insurance.

  • Personal items and gear.

  • Gym membership or workout equipment.
